The idea of this painting reflects Victor's old conception about traveling from dream to dream on the Crossroads, a point in the Universe where one world smoothly spills over into another world, where the night and the day are close at hand, where one state can quickly change into another... where the Viewer would have a possibility to contemplate the opening Passages in Space and Time. Every time the point of view is moved this time forward and to the left - the picture of the dream world becomes different, like in the optical toy for children, called "kaleidoscope". We see here the dream of Musician who came to the Crossroads. He is like Orpheus, playing his Rhapsody on the Crossroads where his music is listened by the art admirers and by the stones....
